  • TARP "Deep Tunnel" Project

    Handled multiple lawsuits and arbitrations arising out of this $3 billion storm water runoff, storage and treatment project.

  • Chicago's Millennium Park

    Created innovative construction agreements allowing the mixed public and private funding for over $500 million of construction at Chicago's Millennium Park, including parking garages, an outdoor performance pavilion ornamented by architect Frank Gehry, and various other privately donated enhancements to the centerpiece park of the city's downtown lakefront.

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield Vertical Completion

    Negotiated and drafted contracts for architectural and engineering design, construction management, general construction, title insurance escrow, owner controlled insurance program, and key trades subcontracts for the $230 million addition of 24 floors on top of the existing 33 story Blue Cross/Blue Shield headquarters skyscraper at 300 East Randolph Street in Chicago.

    Prepared the $100 million construction manager at risk design/build contract and performance guarantee for this new community college complex.

    Handled resolution of trade contractor claims on the $55 million construction of this new Chicago Public high school.

    Handled dispute resolution for completion of this $33.6 million affordable housing development on the site of a former soda bottling plant.

    Successfully defended taxpayer litigation challenging construction of Chicago's $26.5 million new police headquarters facility.

  • Chicago Center For Green Technology

    Handled legal work and dispute resolution for the remediation of a contaminated construction waste recycling site, and the $14 million conversion of the building into Chicago's first LEED certified facility for incubating new green industries in the city.
